Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content available on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the site.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

How to Submit Your Complaint

Please send your DMCA notice through our Contact Us page. Include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line and provide all the required details listed above. We will review your submission and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the same elements as the original notice, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Softwares 4 PC may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
